We were entrusted by a prestigious IT company, with offices in Belfast and Dublin, to organise their much-anticipated annual staff summer party. The event was of special significance in 2022 as it celebrated the company’s remarkable 25-year anniversary. The client envisioned a vibrant festival extravaganza, brimming with an extensive array of festival activities, delicious street food, captivating live entertainment, and an inspiring outdoor venue.

RESULT

We curated an unforgettable festival-inspired experience for the client, bringing together staff from across the island of Ireland. The picturesque Clandeboye Courtyard in County Down served as the perfect venue, transformed with custom branding & décor.

Outdoors, guests enjoyed engaging workshops such as flower crown making and drumming. The courtyard buzzed with excitement as guests competed in entertaining garden games like Limbo and giant Jenga. A cozy campfire provided warmth and a chance to indulge in the delightful tradition of roasting marshmallows and creating s’mores. Indoors, the vibrant Silent Disco room set the stage for a memorable dance-off, while the pop-up casino tables raised funds for Liberty IT’s chosen charity. Renowned artist Brian John Spencer delighted guests with his caricature portraits, and festival face/body painters added an extra touch of excitement.

The entertainment lineup was nothing short of sensational. Acoustic duo String Empire set the perfect ambiance, while The Promise, a local four-piece dance band, took the party to new heights. The celebration reached its pinnacle with a DJ set by the well-known celebrity Rylan, who brought his infectious energy to the event. The grand finale featured an electrifying performance by Yeoo DJ, blending DJ beats with live saxophone and percussion, creating an unforgettable musical experience. The night concluded with a breathtaking fireworks display, leaving a lasting impression on all attendees.
