What we are looking for?
We are looking for an individual who is creative, organised, enthusiastic, hardworking and has good written and verbal communication skills. This individual must be able to work under pressure, have ability to multi-task and use their own initiative. We are also looking for someone who has keen attention to detail, is forward thinking and quick to learn. Someone who is fun, polite and out-going would also be a bonus!
Job Description
As an Event Assistant at Callow Event Management you will work closely with our experienced event managers and suppliers. Your key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
A Callow Event Assistant will plan and organise their own workload to meet deadlines, take on responsibility and be expected to contribute, imaginatively and effectively to team objectives and longer-term goals.
You will work primarily Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm as well as additional evenings and weekends when events are taking place.
