Callow Events was tasked with delivering a customer event for Land Rover with the goal of encouraging guests to embrace winter outdoors rather than hibernating. The event aimed to reignite guests passion for winter, and, in turn, enhance brand loyalty and awareness for Land Rover.
To achieve these objectives, Callow Events went above and beyond in crafting an unforgettable ‘Hibernot’ experience resulting in an immersive woodland experience, that immersed guests in the beauty of the great outdoors. This multifaceted event featured a range of engaging activities, including thrilling off-road driving experiences that showcased Land Rover’s capabilities, a live al fresco cooking demo featuring foraged ingredients and local produce, as well as local skiffy boat racing which was an opportunity for guests to feel the thrill of adventure, mirroring the spirit of Land Rover’s brand.
The day culminated in a seated BBQ seafood lunch, carefully staged amidst rustic tipi tents, crackling fires, and warm furs. This setup created an ambiance that was both cozy and adventurous, aligning perfectly with the ‘Hibernot’ theme.
The menu for the lunch was thoughtfully designed, showcasing the best of local, fresh fish sourced from Strangford Lough. It featured highlights such as lobster marmite with Abernathy butter and a refreshing seaweed salad.
