Each year, the Irish League OF Credit Unions (ILCU) convenes at their Annual General Meeting (AGM), where representatives from every credit union gather to vote on essential motions that impact members.
In 2022, the ILCU approached Callow Events with the responsibility of of modernising, organising, and staffing their AGM & Conference.
Callow Events executed an exceptional event, bringing together around 600 attendees from Credit Union branches across the island of Ireland to the ICC in Belfast from 23rd to 25th April. Our unwavering commitment to providing exceptional services included providing top-notch accommodation for guests, creating a unique brand identity , developing a novel registration system and arranging three engaging social events around a carefully curated conference agenda. Furthermore, we facilitated an Expo space with custom-built exhibition stands and welcome drinks to enhance business networking opportunities. Most importantly, we structured the AGM & Conference in a way that was fresh, modern and exceeded expectations, ensuring its continued success.
