After over a year of meticulous planning, we were challenged to pull together a high-end fundraising gala, with luxury at the forefront, in aid of Cancer Fund for Children. Our objective was to provide our guests with an immersive entertainment experience, with a 5-star white-glove service, and a curated luxury auction, making it an unforgettable night whilst raising substantial funds for the charity.

Result

From the outset, Callow Events curated a bespoke, luxury theme for this event, allowing it to stand out from other fundraising galas in the marketplace. Inspired by the venue’s location in Holywood, our team curated a bespoke Oscars themed event, A Night of Stars: Hollywood to Holywood.

The Culloden Hotel was transformed into a cinematic cabaret club, with every detail carefully designed to showcase the glamour of Hollywood’s golden age. Over 300 guests enjoyed a bespoke 5-star menu with a choice of main course, complemented by white-glove butler service for our platinum sponsors. Immersive entertainment (curated alongside our partners, Peter Corry Productions) showcased Holywood classics from Barbie (2024) to Moulin Rouge (2001), while the luxury auction offered exclusive items, including private yacht experiences. The evening successfully combined luxury and philanthropy, raising an impressive over £200,000 in support of Cancer Fund for Children, and providing a truly memorable experience for all of our guests.
