Callow Events was tasked with organising the client’s largest Christmas party to date for over 700 employees, with the goal of creating a unique, immersive experience unlike any other. From concept to creation, the event was designed to captivate and celebrate the season in an extraordinary way.
Callow Events brought the magic of Broadway to Belfast, transforming the ICC into a dazzling, circus-inspired space filled with vibrant props, feathers, and sparkle. The highlight of the night was a bespoke Greatest Showman theater performance, featuring aerial silk artists, acrobats, and live music. Guests continued the celebration with a Live DJ set from Yeoo DJ, accompanied by Gerry Conga and world-class vocalist Rwanda. The ICC’s catering team complemented the theme with a custom-designed menu, making the night a spectacular success.
