Callow Events were delighted to be tasked with the exhilarating challenge of curating a festival-themed extravaganza for the employees of Deloitte, complete with a unique brand identity to be rolled out across the décor and theme, mouthwatering food from Belfast’s finest food trucks, and an electrifying lineup of live music and entertainment.

RESULT

‘Del Fest,’ the highly anticipated first event post-COVID for all staff gathered over 600 guests at the idyllic Clandeboye Lodge for an extraordinary corporate summer party.

The culinary journey was a highlight of Del Fest, featuring the best of Belfast’s food truck scene from the likes of Tribal burgers, Streetza Pizza and Oui Poutine.

Live music also took center stage, with a lineup that kept the energy soaring despite the dreary weather! The talented Host Cherrie on Top, String Ninjas and Anna’s number had the crowd on their feet and dancing to the rhythm of the festival beats, creating an electrifying atmosphere.

Beyond the music, Del Fest offered a lots of activities and entertainment to delight all ages. From spectacular fireworks lighting up the night sky to face painting, a 360 photobooth, and mesmerising Henna designs, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

Callow Events went above and beyond by expertly managing all logistics, including coach transportation for all guests and setting up a convenient taxi rank. The seamless logistics ensured all guests arrived and departed with ease, allowing them to fully immerse themselves in the festivities.

Del Fest proved to be an invaluable employee retention tool, showcasing the company’s appreciation for its staff’s dedication and resilience. Even amidst the celebration, plans were already in motion for next year’s edition of Del Fest. The overwhelming success of this year’s event only heightened the anticipation for what promises to be another exciting event next year!
