Brief

We were approached by a prominent international food retailer with a strong presence across Northern Ireland to curate a special event celebrating 25 years in the region and to thank employees for their invaluable contributions. The two-day event was designed to be family-inclusive and hosted in a central location, with the aim of delivering a memorable experience that combined entertainment, delicious food, and engaging activities for all attendees.

Result

Set against the stunning backdrop of Shane’s Castle, this two-day celebration brought together over 2,000 staff and their families for an outdoor carnival/festival experience.

Upon arrival, guests were welcomed by stilt walkers and a bespoke carnival archway. The expansive site was divided into four dynamic zones: Carnival City, Kids Zone, Foodie Village, and the Main Stage, all brought to life with stretch tents, a tipi, and a baby top tent. Families enjoyed thrilling rides, circus workshops, a petting zoo, art activities, and a sensory tent. The main stage featured diverse entertainment, while our Foodie Village satisfied every craving.

Our team also managed a complex transport plan, with shuttle bus services running from the local train station and on-site parking co-ordination and assistance. Site management, security, stewarding and health/safety were also covered, ensuring a smooth and safe event for all.
