Brief

As a repeat client, we know Kainos love to throw a spectacular staff summer party, but the challenge is making it even bigger and better every year.

We Our goal was to transport guests to the vibrant energy of Ibiza without having to step on a plane and create an immersive experience filled with music, energy and colour, whilst making the most of a stunning hidden beach location.

Results

Creating the vibes of Ibiza, Callow Events created ‘Twilight Tides’, transforming the hidden location into a summer party paradise.

Guests were welcomed into a vibrant setting featuring abstract entrance décor, giant gorillas, shimmering disco balls, stylish beach furniture, and a custom-built stage. The atmosphere buzzed with energy as a live percussionist, trumpet player, and vocalist brought the music to life with their bespoke Ushuaia inspired DJ sets.

Beyond the music, the event showcased a variety of food from local suppliers including Thai specials, BBQ Grill and a classic ‘Wee Poke’ for dessert. In line with our client’s commitment to sustainability, each guest received a branded reusable cup, reducing waste while serving as a stylish keepsake.

As the sun set, there were Fire breathers and giant ‘KAINOS’ letters were burnt to create a breathtaking display, wrapping up an already unforgettable evening.
