To celebrate the new opening of a new Luxury Watch Brand Boutique store in Queen’s Arcade, Callow Events were approached by a trusted client to create a bespoke, high-end celebratory event to commemorate the new store.
We were tasked with creating a sleek and modern transformation of Queen’s Arcade in just two hours complete with a cocktail bar, appropriate branding and delicious canapes.
Our team expertly coordinated complex transfers and air travel, while managing accommodations across 8 different hotels for all guests. The celebration featured insightful factory tours at Keystone’s Cookstown facility, culminating in a memorable gala dinner at Titanic Belfast, followed by an exciting after-party.
Callow Events transformed the Titanic venue to reflect Keystone’s brand colours, showcasing all things Keystone. Hosted by Patrick Kielty, the evening ranged from Irish entertainers to ‘Baby Guinness’ toasts, with Keystone’s goal to provide their customers with a truly authentic Northern Irish experience – and we’re proud to have delivered just that! Every moment was thoughtfully curated to ensure the event was unforgettable for all attendees as well as every logistical detail being executed with care and precision.
