Callow Events were entrusted with organising a world-class celebration for The Keystone Group’s 35th anniversary, bringing together over 400 of their global customers in Northern Ireland. The brief encompassed managing every detail, from travel and accommodation management to curating a programme of events and activities for the duration of their stay that immersed guests in the best of Northern Irish hospitality.

Result

Our team expertly coordinated complex transfers and air travel, while managing accommodations across 8 different hotels for all guests. The celebration featured insightful factory tours at Keystone’s Cookstown facility, culminating in a memorable gala dinner at Titanic Belfast, followed by an exciting after-party.

Callow Events transformed the Titanic venue to reflect Keystone’s brand colours, showcasing all things Keystone. Hosted by Patrick Kielty, the evening ranged from Irish entertainers to ‘Baby Guinness’ toasts, with Keystone’s goal to provide their customers with a truly authentic Northern Irish experience – and we’re proud to have delivered just that! Every moment was thoughtfully curated to ensure the event was unforgettable for all attendees as well as every logistical detail being executed with care and precision.
