For their 2nd annual event, Callow Events were asked to create a vibrant and engaging outdoor festival-themed party that would reward the employees and partners of Alchemy Technology Services, for their hard work and dedication during a challenging 18-month period of remote work and online meetings and leave guests feeling happy, energized and connected.
To achieve this, Callow Events worked closely with the client to develop a creative brief for ‘AlchemyFest 2022’ that drew inspiration from Cirque du Soleil, incorporating elements such as carnival activities, food trucks, live entertainment complete with themed furniture, branding and décor.
Callow Events were responsible for taking the client’s vision and turning it into a reality. We worked closely with the Alchemy team to create a Cirque du Soleil-inspired event complete with custom signage, a circus-themed show stage, and vibrant décor. Every detail was tailored to the theme, from the red and white tent swaging to the circus performers and stilt walkers who entertained guests throughout the day.
Our team expertly managed the logistics of the event, from sourcing local suppliers to designing branded collateral like flyers, invites, menus, and lanyards. We chose a variety of food trucks to satisfy attendees’ appetites and curated a selection of carnival activities and themed cocktails to add to the lively atmosphere.
We also organised stand-out entertainment, such as a Greatest Showman-inspired flash mob performed by Peter Corry Productions and Anita the silks artist, creating a high-impact and memorable experience.
We were thrilled to have achieved our overall aim of bringing the client’s vision to life, providing great food and drinks, and allowing everyone to truly let their hair down for the first time in a long time.
