Brief

Callow Events was engaged to assist with the management of the Liberty IT TechCon, a large-scale technology conference designed to bring together 600 employees from Liberty IT’s Belfast, Dublin, and Galway offices. The goal was to create an immersive and engaging experience, incorporating keynote speeches, panel discussions, interactive exhibits, company branding, merchandise, transportation, catering, and a social event.

Result

Callow Events successfully executed a seamless and impactful TechCon 2024, exceeding expectations at every stage. We managed all logistical elements, from coordinating transport for attendees across multiple locations to branding the Royal Dublin Convention Centre with Liberty IT’s identity. Our team organised breakfast and lunch services, ensuring a smooth flow of hospitality throughout the day. The exhibition and games area was designed to encourage hands-on engagement, fostering collaboration through interactive booths and expert-led sessions.

To conclude the event, we curated a memorable social experience featuring engaging activities and a formal dinner, providing attendees with the opportunity to unwind and network. The event was a resounding success, with attendees thoroughly enjoying the day!
