Callow Events had the privilege of organising the annual corporate summer party, ‘V1 Fest’, on behalf of our esteemed client, Version 1. The client’s vision was clear: an inspiring festival extravaganza that would captivate staff with a diverse range of festival activities, mouthwatering street food, energetic live entertainment, in an enchanting outdoor setting.

RESULT

Transporting guests to a world of vibrant celebration, Version 1 Fest embraced the festival spirit in every aspect. From the moment attendees arrived, they were greeted by a lively atmosphere and a kaleidoscope of colors. Our team at Callow Events meticulously managed all aspects, ensuring an experience that surpassed expectations.

The day was filled with an incredible lineup of entertainment that kept the energy sky high. Anna’s Number kicked off the festivities with their upbeat melodies, followed by ‘ Cherry on Top’ , a fabulous drag act, took it to a whole new level. She not only wowed the crowd with her sensational singing but also served as the charismatic MC for the day. And the party didn’t stop there—DJ Shaun brought the house down with an electrifying set that kept the indoor dance floor packed all night long.

But Version 1 Fest wasn’t just about the music. We curated an array of activities that catered to every taste. Sports enthusiasts battled it out in the basketball shoot-out, while thrill-seekers bounced and laughed on the inflatables. For those looking for a touch of artistic flair, our talented face painters transformed guests into living works of art. And the excitement continued with the glow pong challenge, where skill and coordination were put to the test.

The day also offered an opportunity to discover the world of Hinch Distillery through guided tasting sessions and tours. Attendees embarked on a journey through the distillery, learning about the intricate process of crafting gin and whiskey.

As for the culinary experience, street food reigned supreme. Mouthwatering aromas wafted through the air as guests indulged in a tantalizing selection of dishes from various outdoor food stalls. From sizzling burgers , chicken wings and pizza, there was something to satisfy every craving.

Every detail of Version 1 Fest was carefully considered and flawlessly executed. Callow Events managed the transportation, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures for all guests. The venue was transformed into a festival haven, with captivating theming and decor that brought the event to life.
