Callow Events were approached by one of their corporate clients, and were tasked with creating a full day of Team Building, at an off-site venue for 120 of their employees.

The objective for the day was for staff to leave feeling refreshed, reconnected & refocused. These three R’s were to guide the theme for all of the activities, entertainment and refreshments throughout the day.

RESULT

Callow Events successfully delivered an impactful and exciting team building day for longstanding clients. Fuelled with a homemade breakfast provided by Clandeboye Estate, the day kicked-off with a Leadership workshop and group brainstorming sessions. After a morning spent indoors, staff participated in some expertly planned team building activities, including field archery, rock climbing, and axe throwing among others. We meticulously planned the activities in such a way that ensured that each guest engaged in each activity with every other attendee, promoting connection and uniform thinking, as no two teams remained the same. A BBQ trailblazer and wood-fired pizza truck provided the food, and lively entertainment was delivered by a local acoustic duo to keep employees engaged and dancing the day away.

Overall, we were able to create a day that was both impactful and fun and our ‘Refresh, Reconnect & Refocus’ objectives were successfully met, leaving guests feeling revitalized and with new work connections and ideas.
